Course description:

Bilingual Class 1 as an entry level course, is designed for kids with little Chinese (Mandarin) background. This course teaches young children to learn the Chinese language with a focus on the development of listening and speaking skills. Topics include: numbers and dates, greetings, parts of the body, house and rooms, classroom language, school subjects, and more. Ages 5+.

Class Disciplines

Class Disciplines:

1. Be on time for class.
2. Previewing each lesson before class will be highly appreciated (which may assist you do well in the warm-up exercises in the class and help you gain more confidence).
3. Homework should be done by the kids independently, however, discussion/cooperation with others is encouraged.
4. Review is important (although it's simple in Kindergarten). Good learning habit will benefit you all your life.

What you need to bring to school:
1. pencil + eraser + sketch paper + color pencil (or crayons as you like)
2. a set of spare clothes/pants

Course description of Singapore Math K + textbook information

Course Description: 
Math K, the first level of Singapore Mathematics, is designed for kids of age 5-6, who are in kindergarten or 1st grade. The concepts of number 0 - 100, basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, length and weight, etc will be taught, with various teaching methods including vivid cartoons and brainstorm games applied in this course. We encourage active thinking, communication of mathematical ideas and problem solving. This helps to develop the foundation for the study of mathematics in the future.
